The Denver Post is reporting Six Flags Elitch Gardens is going up for sale soon, for the price of 170 million dollars. Naturally, considering it's downtown location, greedy developers are feverishly rubbing their hands together and plotting more yuppie condos and upscale bars; but the city wants to retain the park in present form.
