09/16-17 Phantasialand - Germany Trip Report Photos !

I was there last week end it's a very nice theme park !

Their own Main-Street !

Far West Street with a Turbo Drop Tower at the end called '' Mistery Castle '' .

Their Runaway Train paid by Michael Jackson and it's the Longest Main Train i've been on .

The Chinese Themed Hotel ( Very nice one )

The Winjas Fear and Force ( Spinning Wild Mouse ) .

I Loved the Streetmosphere there :

Some view of the park .

Little German Break .

And one of the Reason of my visit : BLACK MAMBA one of the best Theme Inverted Coaster on earth . I like Dueling Dragons queue lines better but this one is nice though .

That's it for now i'm going to UK this week end and i'll post a trip report on monday .

hope you liked it .

Thanks Bopazot! Love the food you had there and the coasters look aggressive, very part of the theming. Thanks for posting these photos.

So how is Black Mamba? And are there any B&M Inverts in America you would compare it to?

Never heard of this theme park so what a treat it was to see some outstanding pics of it. I've been to Europe so many times but only have been to Tivoli Gardens.

Perhaps it is time to check out some of these other parks in the future.

Thanks for introducing many of us to Pahantasialand!

^^ I've heard nothing but good things about Black Mamba.

As for American Inverts, other than Dueling Dragons I can't think of any that are themed (even remotely).

In Europe they are BIG on theming their rides and it's not just Disney that does it ... unlike here (with the exception of Universal and Busch). From what I understand Black Mamba is very low to the ground, even IN the ground. Here are some more pics to give you a better idea:

Actually this coaster has a very nice theming but the coaster itself is a kind of B&M Classic but they did a great job ont it .

this coaster is more like SilverBullet Track Design without the cobra roll . I currently in London right now i`m going to Thorpe Park tommorrow and i`ll post the pics from this park on an new thread about my UK Week end Trip.
