How To Become a IMMAGINEER?

Okay so I have this friend who is an amazing graphic artist, on both the mouse and the pencil / pen and has some amazing ideas for the company...He also works for the Disney company but does'nt know how to show his interest in becomming an immagineer...he has tons of concept drawings of new attractions and upgrades / additions to current attractions...is there a website which tells how to become an immagineer or show interest? Thanks a bunch!

It's all in who you know and A LOT of pixie dust, like 176 gallons of it just dumped all over your head. Trust me, I was that person in the early 90's. I even knew a couple and I still couldn't get in.

If he works for Disney and hasn't even shared this information/goal with his immediate managers he is going nowhere. Its who you know and you'll never meet anybody by just posting this on a message board. You meet people by supervisors offering tips/info/and most inportantly meetings.

Sorry this might be a little off topic but, who are the guys that fix the rides when they break down? Does any one know thier official job title? I decided to start dreaming of that job instead of being an imagineer because of how hard it is to be become one.

Re: How To Become a IMMAGINEER?

I'm not sure if he has shared his information with his managers yet...It's almost like nobody will hear him out though because it's become so much of a "dream"...He talks about and is so fascinated by the Immagineering team that most cast members dont even listen anymore because it's all he talks about is a possible future and his dream...I just hate seeing such a great brain, artist and cast member not be seen or heard, does anybody know if It's even possible to individually contact immagineers? I have the e-mail to several immagineering exec offices, mainly the resumes and customer service e-mails but thats it, I'm trying to help him out!
