Woman killed at Playland Amusement Park

Unfortunately a woman was killed Friday night on the Mind Scrambler ride. This is the second death on this ride in 4 years. My thought and prayers go out to her family.

It's a real shame that that happened. It could have easily been prevented. This is a case of user error, no?

Poor Operating procedures and the owners are going to get raped over the coals for their procedures.

Yes, as was the other death.
And the othe 2 deaths an article I read mentioned (didn't read the one posted)
Rye's Playhand was my "hometown park" when I was growing up, and it's so sad to hear about any deaths in it
