Universal Studios Simpson Ride

Does anyone have any idea what the ride is going to be like? I have searched the net High and dry. I cant find anything about it other than it opens in spring/summer 2008. Does anyone have concept art or anything else? Thanks I am just a very nosy girl

they are being very hush, hush but at comic con, Yeardly Smith accidentally said it would feature sideshow bob.

Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie Simpson – stars of TV’s longest running series – will ride along with guests in a new mega-attraction opening at Universal Orlando Resort in Spring 2008.

Guests will be rocketed along with the Simpson family on a hysterical, almost unimaginable adventure. They’ll experience a side of Springfield previously unexplored as they enjoy the new ride’s interpretation of thrill rides, dark rides and “live” shows that make up a new fantasy amusement park dreamed up by the show’s cantankerous Krusty the Clown.

If I remember correctly, Jim Hill did a story on what the ride is "supposed" to be like. You can never be too sure about the legitimacy of his postings.

Far as I know, he is the only Disney site reporter/owner to get kicked out of Disneyland. The man doesn't hesitate to criticize other websites, and referred to Screamscape owner as lazy and full of inaccurate information. I really don't hestate to say that if Jim Hill does get something right now and then - it's only because somebody else reported it first. I haven't looked at his pathetic site in the past year or two.

Hope you enjoy the Universal's character wall that surrounds the construction area of the coming Simpson's ride. We can count on all of the characters that are on the wall being featured during the new simulator ride. Universal must be strugalling with a name for the attraction, as they are yet to announce one.
