Re: The Clinkerbelle's ride the new Simpsons Ride (Pictures and other USH stuff)

Let's see:

Spoiler
You crash through a sign that says "Give Universal Your Money" which is like BTTF: The Ride
The clock tower is there (this is still up for debate, but I believe it is)
You enter Maggie's Mouth like you did with the T-Rex

I think there are a Couple more that I may have missed.

I agree with you that the placement of the TV's in the "second" queue are very badly done. I'm not sure what they were thinking with that one.

While in line, one of the Simpson clips has Professor Frank going back in time and meeting Doc Brown at the IFT (Institute of Future Technology, which is the "location" of the old ride). Pretty funny stuff!

Yeah, the AP is a REALLY good deal. Even if you go twice, it's paid for.

Costco had the Deluxe (no block out day) passes for $60 not too long ago. They may still have them. It's worth checking out.

I'm considering a trip to Universal Orlando later this summer to check it out. A friend of mine works on The Simpsons (she's actually Matt Groening's assistant!).

Thanks, Gregg! Great photos and commentary. Looks like we may get to ride this in Florida. It will be interesting to compare notes.
