Simpsons Ride Wait Times?

Sorry if this has been posted but I couldn't find anything else on it. This is for people who have already been on the ride. What were your wait times? I'm going in July so I expect them to be longer. Also, if you don't mind, how long are waits for Revenge of the Mummy and Jurassic Park.

Re: Simpsons Ride Wait Times?

I went on the Simpsons ride 2 days before it opened and was in line for nearly 2 hours. Yeah, I know.
Everything else that day had wait times of 15 min or less.
But this was a few weeks ago, expect summertime crowds to mean much longer lines. Usually about an hour or so for almost everything.

Re: Simpsons Ride Wait Times?

On the day it opened it was about 40 minutes. It was 40 last Monday and the park was pretty busy. I'd expect it to be 40-60 maybe even 90 minutes for most of the summer.

Re: Simpsons Ride Wait Times?

I went recently (early June) and these were the waits:

Simpsons - 2 hours
Revenge of the Mummy - 15 min.
Jurassic Park - 10 min.

It wasn't very hot, though, so I expect Jurassic Park's line to grow during July. Mummy is very popular, and lines will grow. I don't think Simpsons line will get longer than 2 hours.

Re: Simpsons Ride Wait Times?

I went a few weeks ago and the wait time was an hour, but if you haven't been the video screens are entertaining. As for the other rides, I noticed that most of the wait times were 15 - 20 minutes.

Also, not sure if it is a new thing but they are starting to introduce single rider lines - the one I saw was for The Mummy.

Re: Simpsons Ride Wait Times?

^ From what I remember, Mummy always had Single Rider Lines. Perhaps JP as well, I can't remember. That's about it. Then again, that's all the rides they have .

Well not counting the Backlot Tour (which kind of is/isn't a ride), USH only has three rides. 66% of a park's rides having single rider line sounds cool, till you realize how few rides the park has. Anyway, I'm not sure if JP has a Single Rider Line or not.

Re: Simpsons Ride Wait Times?

Jurassic Park does have a single rider line as well but it is rarely open except in the dead heat of summer.

Cool Re: Simpsons Ride Wait Times?

Posted waits on Thursday June 19:
Noon- 25 min.
5:30- 30 min.
6:00- 15 min.
Can't verify; we rode at opening twice with <5 min. wait for the first pre-show on the second time.

A bientot.

Re: Simpsons Ride Wait Times?

Yesterday the lines were about 25 minutes until they had a downtime which lasted most of the afternoon. When it reopened the line was 45 minutes all the way until closing.

Re: Simpsons Ride Wait Times?

On Sunday it was 10-15 minutes for the first hour and never got higher than 40 minutes until we left at 3:30. Probably the heat kept the big crowds away.
