Future South Cali parks?

I don't know were else to put this but just a random thought I've been having.

I know that some cities in Southern Cali would like to have theme parks of their own (and some apparently would rather not have the ones they have already)

in the unlikely event that someone does open another Southern Cali park were do you think it would be?

I know Garden Grove seems to actively be looking for a partner (anyone know how that's going for them btw?) are there any other cities like that?

sometimes my cousin speaks rumors of parks in Oxnard or Camarillo. (I s33 the space but I forsee the traffic issues and being too far from the theme park Corridor of sorts)
