News Knott's Scary Farm 2008 - Page 2

Well... I honestly don't know any of these mazes and am actually a bit sad because Nightmares, the Vampire one (forgetting the name at the moment) and Underground were staples for me for several years! Either way I never had outstanding memories of Haunt. It was always either "go early" and half the monsters were missing or "go late" and everything had a 2 hour line! Also I would usually come home with my ears ringing, not from my screams, but from the screams of all the teenage girls who screamed at ANYTHING including each other!

My favorite memory was in Ghosttown. A "slider" decided to scare a group of girls so he ran and slid into them. I like to call it "cheerleader bowling". Instead of everyone running... they all froze, then fell on him as he took out the whole group. It was a strike btw... no spares at all! Even now that memory makes me laugh!

Pretty funny, I was online looking for Haunt Pics and I found a site that had pics of you from Haunt 2003.

I wonder if Corn Stalkers will be a "Children of the Corn" type maze.

No "Red Beards Revenge" though..boo.that always scares someone in my group. My favorite recent memory of Haunt was last year when my friends and I were walking through Ghost Town and a slider jumped out in front of a group of guys and one of the guys in the group screamed like a 9 year old girl and literally jumped back. His friends were laughing at him and ripping on him the rest of the way

do they have that spider maze? that is creepy and its so very dark. I haven't been to haunt since 2003. I look foward to the meet.

The spider maze left and was replaced by The Grudge maze in 2005

The Grudge 2 Maze its first year was absolutely phenomenal! The second year was not good at all, alot of key things were missing from the year before and it was very under par. I believe I can find video for you on YouTube somewhere from year one...

like Kritter said, the first year was completely amazing. the Grudge girls gave it their all and were VERY VERY creepy, sadly most of them moved on to different mazes last year and the grudge maze lost all the novelty and terror it had in year one. it's my opinion that a movie tie-in maze shouldn't be around more than 1 year (like the Beowulf maze from last year, its gone this year) because by the time Haunt rolls around the next year, the movie isn't the draw it was the year before
