I will try to...

1> Remember the grab one tonight
2> Keep it in decent condition
3> Remember to scan it and post it tomorrow

Re: Knott's Scary Farm 2008

If you're not doing the Pre-Scare dinner (I'm a poor college student) what time do you suggest we arrive? I went last year on the 19th around 8:00 PM and it wasn't that bad. We're going the 11th this year, if that matters any. I remember going to USH HHN about an hour earlier last year (thanks to this forum's advice), but they don't have a pre-scare dinner.

I'm so psyched because this year's getting really good reviews.

for saturday the 11th i would arrive about 90mins before the gates open (they open at 7pm). saturday's, espicially getting later on in the month become more and more crowded, and that weekend is a 3 day weekend for a lot of people which will increase the crowds.

Re: Knott's Scary Farm 2008

Would this thursday 10/8 be a good day to go? It's the last day of the 33.99 Burger King discount and I would like to check out the Haunt.

Also, where is the best place to park and are there discounts for handicapped parking?

Re: Knott's Scary Farm 2008

thursday should be a fairly mild crowd, that's the joy of wednesdays and thursdays this early in the Haunt run.

as to parking i'm not sure, we stay at the knotts hotel so we just walk over. when you enter knott's coming southbound on beach, there's a crosswalk that always has someone there directing traffic, i would ask them where the best place to park is for handicap parking. you don't want to park over where the lagoon used to be as you'll have to use the under Beach walkway which is pretty steep.

i dont' believe they have discounts for parking, and i think parking is 15$ a night.

Re: Knott's Scary Farm 2008

$15 is for perferred parking which is just past the crosswalk. That is the best parking ofcourse. Or you can pay $10, i think, and park by soak city which is a somewhat long walk. Not sure if they have handicap parking there... but i bet they do

haha if the rats were real in the maze. They would die in less the 5 minutes from all the fog that is pumped in there.
