Disney Express luggage transfer

We are planning to stay at the Hotel Elyesee Val d'Europe , and to travel by Eurostar from London. Does the Disney Express luggage transfer to the hotel apply to the Hotel Elysee? I read somehwere that it doesn't go to the Davey Crockett, but the online brochure doesn't see to say if "partner" hotels are included.

Also, it appears that for GPB 15 you can book the luggage transfer if you have a hotel package, and separate Eruostar bookings. Will we have to call up and do that after we get to the UK?

I am planning to book our package vis the UK site, using the address where we will stay in the UK.
