I am liking that idea too, Jen! I did it in June with Michelle and it was SO fun. And, I know the pins I got were worth more than the traders she gave me.

Don't even think about it, just enjoy it! Hey---we COULD be looking for the $600 shadowboxes on ebay, so, this is a cheap hobby when you consider that! Right? Right?

Well, not exactly. There are some pins that routinely break $100, $200, even $300. Luckilly there are not that many that do that. Usually it is a Disney Auctions LE 100 pin.

Mine are patterned brown wood frames... I have 3 different sizes of them. They hold them all, but it's taken 4 of them lol... and one is really big.

We get our bulletin boards from Kohls
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

Are they plain? I've seen the ones with the fabric on them, and, ribbons, at Kohl's. There's one near my office.

Pffft, I like my dealer a whole lot better than ebay. I don't have to worry about broken pins or scrappers with him.

I haven't found a specific niche yet, but, so far ... attractions are my favorite.
I might be interested in some of those 50th pins as I didn't start my pin collection back then.
