They seem to take longer and longer to post the upcoming pins this year, for some reason.
The POH is going to be Village Haus!

Careful! I used to work at Village Haus. I would totally buy it.
i think it should be the matterhorn because the matterhorn's 50th birthday is in July

I think it has more to do with all the work they are doing for this summer's O-pin House pins. They have all of this summer's Haunted Mansion pins listed now in a pdf on the Opin House page. See the thread I started on it for those pins. I would suspect that in the next week we will see the non-Mansion pins for July.
To me the official site is doing much better lately. The search feature is working again, they have updated some of the other pin sources, like DisneyStore UK, and they updated the Disneyland Hidden Mickey section. Now with any luck they can get the monthly pins updated more regularly.
For those who have been waiting, they have started to post the July pins on the official site. What is even more interesting is they have posted new pins to the WDW section. Included are mystery pin packs of the DLR Lanyard pins, like the carousel horses. Even more interesting is how they show that they are available in stores in Disneyland, not WDW. Very strange. I await them fixing that up.

The mystery pouches are for Disneyland HM pins, and will be sold at
Disneyland, not WDW. They fixed that today.
There is another mistake however. They posted a mystery pouch for princess tea cup HM pins, but these have not been released onto the cast lanyards yet. Good chance these will be the HM pins for July.
