need help reporting this seller to the disney corporation. i just bought "real" disney pins from seller real.cool. stuff on ebay. contacted seller but he is refusing to pay for return shipping. there are 30 pins with rough, sharp edges, which i was told are "scrappers".
ebay has been difficult to work with due to the computerized response. anyway just looking for help. thank you.
