Which Pins do you Collect?

I am afraid to start! I won a lanyard last week as part of YOAMD and I have a pin from the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour and I bought Food and Wine weekend pins last year and this year...but that's about it.

However, now that I have a lanyard...I have a feeling my next trip I'll blow some $$ on pins.

I buy probably 90% of mine on e-bay. All the resorts carry different pins and that's one of the best ways to be able to get them. Plus, most of the time, they're pretty reasonably priced.

I only have a few. Namely my "magic Music Days" pin when my marching band marched down MainStreet in 1997 and a Donald pin my dad gave me on my first trip in 1994.

But I do have a few bids out on some Duckie pins on ebay at the moment

I only buy them at the park or trade. Buying them on e-bay seems like cheating to me! (Err, pins I collect. I buy traders on eBay). So the collection grows slowly but that also means less money spent LOL

I collect attractions, magical milestones, different lands, nightmare before christmas, any special event I attend (except the food and wine weekend last weekend because I was an idiot and forgot), pixar for my son, and anything that I just like.

I know that is very broad. I am even trying to expand a little more and get pins from the overseas parks and WDI.

i also found some cool pins at pincastle.com IF you buy 7 you get any one pin free. Not Bad. i am about to buy a Matterhorn pin their and couple of other.

So VERY COOL...just got my Cast Member Exclusive Disneyland MAP pin (where o where would I be w/o Ebay!?) ...I had NO idea how LARGE the pin is! I dare say, it's fit for framing! Has anyone else got this puzzle pin (6 pin set)? Framed it? WOnder how much it retailed for...I paid upwards of $90delivered...HAD to have it.

i like to collects lots and lots of pins and then wear them in themes. for the last few months its been all of the vmk pirate pins, some retro pirate disneyland sign, my beloved angels pin, and my orental mickey my cousin got for me in HKDL. i like it they all look color cordnated

Finally bought a new memo board and put more up on it... I still have a few more that aren't up yet. So here are most of my recent ones...

The only new one not on the crown is a NYC Tink one from Disney1978 It was too heavy for the crown, so it's now on the bottom of the other board. The crown's not a very well made board I expect all thse pins to have fallen down my tomorrow!

Im also starting to collect Imagineering pins... I have the crown series which I LOVE. I have about 15 WDI pins

I don't have many, but tons compared to my other friends.

I collect: Jessica RAbbit, Simba, Snow White, Alice/Alice in Wonderland/Chesire/Mad Hatter/Etc, and anything that catches my eyes.
