They make High School Musical, Hannah Montana and have made Kim Possible and Lizzie McGwire pins.
I've never seen pins made of the pins you mentioned however.
I don't think they make Phil pins :(
I couldn't find any Phil pins on Pinpics.com. I did find some of Kuzco, but from the movie, not from the DIsney Channel show.

the cashier in world of disney said they didn't make phil of the future pins either, which i find sad cause i love that show
