How often does Sea World San Diego hire people?

For entry level you likely will have to start seasonal, show them your a hard worker, show an interest and hope they keep you on staff year round, but it could take more then 1 season.

Back in the day when I worked at the SD Zoo I started seasonal in 1996 for spring and summer, and then laid off come fall, but then in 1997, poof at the end of the season I was kept on and continued to work there until the end of 1998.

Seasonal is likely the route you will need to take to get your foot in for any entry level position.
