I believe the San Diego Visitor Information Center, (address and directions here) has them for sale. I haven't been to Sea World in at least six years and I've passed countless times, but they usually run promotions throughout the spring and summer, they might have a thing, where you buy a ticket and go back as many times as they allow or something
