Poor Adrian.

He was an interesting actor who always landed quirky roles. He went way too young, IMHO.

So, which way does the series go with this?
New therapist, Kroger retires? Kill Dr Kroger, have Monk solve the case? (Maybe that other OCD patient did it or competes with Monk to solve it first.) Just no more visits? Phone calls only?

It is quite sad that he died so young and it will be quite interesting to see how they do work this into the show.
I think it would be nice to have some sort of tribute episode where they say goodbye to the character.

He's a great character actor, that's terrible!
I just said two days ago that it was sad how old and slow he's been looking the last few years. His eyes were always bloodshot and he'd gained a lot of weight in his mid-section. So I guess I'm not surprised.  RIP Dr. Kroger.
