^The SFMM management has said that due to legalities, the OTSRs will never be able to be removed from Revolution. They're not happy about it either... it's a "blame the lawyers" (probably the same ones who vetoed exposed windows on the new monorails ) situation.

I did notice the new paint on the Gold Rusher station, though, and it did look nice.
Does anyone even bother with signatures anymore?

I went there on Sunday and I had a great time! Nobody was there! The most we waited was for Goliath because it had only one train running.

Regarding X2, I rode it four times, twice in the inner seat, and twice in the outer seat all in different rows. I came to the conclusion that the inner seat was slightly smoother of a ride. I don't know if it was luck, but I'd urge everyone to try the inner seat just for the heck of it.

X2's new trains were created for the sake of making the train lighter & thus less susceptible to breakdowns, and that has succeeded. Making the ride smoother was never a priority with the new design. My experience riding both X & X2 is that this ride kicks your butt pretty good. Inner seats do ride slightly smoother than outer seats thanks to pretty much physics alone.

Thanks! X2 was lots of fun but I still like Tatsu better. As I'm now a passholder, I'll be making many more trips this year. I'm sure I'll even have some days where I debate whether I should go to DLR or SFMM.

Not during the wintertime, generally the park is busy around springbreak and the summer months. October thru march is the time to go !
