So being a Six Flags employee, the changes taking place in the park are unbelievable! (for the better, ofcourse, we could only go up from where we were.) If any of you have been to the park recently, have you noticed any differrences?

I haven't been since last September but I have heard of the changes.
We will be at the park in a few weeks to get our passes processed.

not recently, but the last time I was there I was surprised at how clean it was. We had a good visit and alot of fun. I live really close to six flags, but we don't go often.
I read a whole article in the OC Register about a week back that was all about how Six Flags is aiming for a wider family audience and is applying Disneyland-like principles to their park. Can't remember whom, but Six Flags is under new management. Can't wait to come back to the park over spring break!

Have a great time at the park, for those of you who are going.
So what are the actual changes to take place?

I will give a full list of changes after we get some more replies. I want to see what the guests are thinking.
I haven't been to Marine World, but I am hoping to in a couple of weeks... There has been a noticable chang in their Marketing skeme... For some how Six Flags remembered it is an Animal Park... And they are pitching families...
Now they just started opening on the weekends... which is nice, and it looks like there are plans to open durring the holidays too which is also nice, but it isn't as well known to do so... so I hope they get the word out better this year...

A few friends and I went to Six Flags just a few weeks ago. That $59.99 Play Pass, with a few free Parking Tickets is still too good to pass up. Overall, the park quality is not as bad as it used to be, however, it still needs improvement (a specific thing comes to mind: Water Fountains). However, it's a step in the right direction. Plus, it wasn't as busy as I expected it to be. That $15 parking must be scaring off the teens just looking for something to do.

May be they runs their Coaster at Full Capacity i mean 3 Trains on Riddler , 2 on Batman , 2 or 3 on Goliath , 2 on X whatever not making those lines getting bigger and bigger with one train on the track .
HKDL : Done !!!
I so hope there has been som major changes. I had promised myself last time to NEVER return to MM. But my friend has passes for this weekend and I'm going again against my better judgement. I'll let you all know how it goes.
I believe that was one reason for the price hike.Originally Posted by Monorail Man
I guarentee that it will be more enjoyable than your last trip.Originally Posted by mistyisjafo
