We will be there (look for a large family with 2 service dogs.) We love the Residence Inn Maingate. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is GREAT (and hot) and the layout is easy to get around. We have been staying here for our Christmas stay (generally Dec 22-Jan 3) for several years. They have recently redone all the kitchens. And they will grocery shop for you!

I just stayed for 2 weeks - I really liked it! Some of the staff was terrific, some - not so much. The breakfast was wonderful, the room was kept well (though I had an ant problem, even though I tried to clean well from my cooking). It didn't hurt that I found a rate of $82 per night.

We stayed there last year and had a very nice experience. It's about a 10 minute easy walk to the park. Have a great time!

Our family loves this hotel!!! Definitely recommend it!

We've stayed there several times and love it. When my son was little, we ran out of milk and the staff brought us 1/2 a jug at 2 a.m. We've always liked the breakfast and if I remember, they even had a happy hour dinner on weekdays.
