Grand Californian Hotel Room Recommendations

Hi everyone!

We are planning a trip to DLR and are going to be staying at the GCH for the 2nd time. We had connecting rooms with my in-laws last time and the view was GREAT for them, but not so much for us. We are wanting to be sure we get great views for both of us this time. We stayed in room 9917 (3rd floor directly across from Naples Ristorante) last time, and couldn't see the fireworks from DL. However, my in-laws had a great view. Anyways, my question is what hotel room have you stayed in and would you recommend it? I'm thinking one floor higher (4th floor) in the same exact location would be nice..??

I stayed in a room looking across Downtown Disney, and it was pretty great, but I'm not sure if you could see fireworks from it.
