My family and I (wife and five kids - aged 16, 13, 12, 7 and 5) just spent four nights at WorldMark of Anaheim by Wyndham. We used Wyndham points for the stay. I don't know if you can pay for a stay if you are not a Worldmark or Wyndham owner or guest.
The hotel is on Katella next to the Garden Walk. It's less than a mile to the parks. However we did not walk. Also there is an ART stop right infront of the hotel. It is an very easy walk to the Garden Walk.
There is a parking garage onsite. The parking is free and there was an uniformed security guard at the entrance.
There is one elevator in the garage. You had to park and then take the elevator or stairs to the ground level to enter the hotel. We found the higher floor we parked on, the closer to the elevator we could park. We ended up parking on the roof most days. There were few if any cars near us when we did that. And we parked very close to the elevator.
It's a pretty standard Wyndham hotel. All of the rooms had two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and two full baths. Also each room has a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. The living room had a queen size sofa sleeper. The pictures below were taken just before we left, so the beds aren't made up. (We always get too excited when we arrive to remember to take pictures)
There is a pool, four hot tubs (two on the ground by the pool and two on the roof), and an arcade. The roof has a sun deck. From the sun deck you can see the DL firework show. If you are high enough and have a pool facing room, you may be able to see the fireworks from your room. Our room faced Katella....
The is a 7-11 store less than 1/2 block away. We walked to it a few time to buy milk and other last minute items. There is a Walmart Neighborhood store nearby. Food 4 Less and Target are close.
Great and comfortable rooms. Large rooms so we could spread out in the days we didn't go to the park. The king bed was comfortable. The room held the seven of us easily. We will stay there again the next time we go to Anaheim.
