Its an OK place. We stayed there last October when the fires where burning. No fridge in the rooms. Rooms were clean and our non smoking room was smoke free (unlike in other hotels). The pool was OK. In house restaurant was OK for breakfast. There is a convenience store on the corner. There is also a sundries store in the lobby. No Bar/Lounge, at least none that I recall. The rooms are accessed from indoor hallways, but these were not secured (at least not in our building). The rooms were quiet at night.
Its a little far for walking. We got tired of waiting for the ART bus and just drove into the parking garage. There is plenty of parking.
We also got a good rate (around $70, IIRC), but that required prepayment.
