Cool Vegetarian friendly

So where are the best vegetarian friendly places to eat near DL?

Going on a week long ftop the wek of October 12th.

Answers may include places in Disneyland itself, and Outside, since my stay will be a long one.

p.s. I dont do fish or chicken, im a true vegetarian.

Thank you!

-Mike

Re: Vegetarian friendly

Check the end of the previous thread - Blue Bayou so bad for vegetarians...

Here's one link but I think there are others.

Yamabuki is a great place to eat if you're vegetarian, lots of choices and the food is fantastic.

Re: Vegetarian friendly

Hey there-
I'm a vegetarian too, and I recently tried the vegetarian chili at the Pacific Wharf Cafe in California Adventure and it was delicious! I wrote a review of the restaurant here:
Restaurant Review: Pacific Wharf Cafe - Around Disney - OCRegister.com
The register also put together a guide for the vegetarian restaurants in the Disneyland Resort and Knott's Berry Farm which can be found here: Search Results - Discover Things To Do - OC Register
and here:
Search Results - Discover Things To Do - OC Register
Outside of the parks, my favorite vegan restaurant is near South Coast Plaza called Native Foods. Here's there website Native Foods Vegan Restaurants: Organic, Healthy, Delicious Food! and the Costa Mesa location is nearest to Disneyland.

Talking Re: Vegetarian friendly

Hey Sally-

Great article! Both informative and well written.

I love vegetarian chili, and that Boudin sourdough bread. I will be heading directly to the Pacific Wharf Cafe for my next lunch and/or dinner at DCA. So glad I don't have to just eat the bread, as everything else seemed to have some sort of meat product involved. Not that I mind just eating a big loaf of Mickey shaped sourdough bread, but seriously, not very practical. It took me two days to eat the last loaf!

I liked the way your article contained some helpful hints. I'm going to check out other links at the bottom on the article, you are a great resource!
