    Anaheim Garden Walk Dining Question?

Is there any good Restaurants at the Anaheim Garden Walk that make a good alternative to what can be found already at Downtown Disney. Any recomendations would be most welcome!

Re: Anaheim Garden Walk Dining Question?

There are a WHOLE bunch of options, many of which are better than DtD IMHO...

Restaurants at The Shops at Anaheim GardenWalk | Dining in Orange County

    Starting on Katella Avenue...

Bubba Gump's - Better theme restaurant than Rainforest Café, and seems a bit cheaper

Roy's - Upscale Asian Fusion, Really Good food but a bit expensive

McCormick and Schmidt's - No real Seafood option at DtD, so nothing to compare it to.

P.F. Chang's - Once again, no Chinese/Asian option at DtD, so something different

California Pizza Kitchen - Similar to Naples, so it depends on your personal choice.

Cheesecake Factory - Nothing like it at DtD, large portions and reasonable prices, great service

Then you have the choices inside...

The new Fire + Ice restaurant that feature Mongolian BBQ grills

Bar Louis, a casual Bar/Restaurant that features American classic Bar food in an upscale way, reasonable prices.

    Then the food court...

Johnny Rockets is great, comes with servers, basically Burgers and Shakes

Then you have the grab it yourself and sit at community table food...

Deli Sandwiches, Philly Stake Sandwiches, Hawaiian BBQ, Sbarro's, Tacone Mexican, and San Sei Sushi.

Much more choices and price points than what is offered at DtD....

Re: Anaheim Garden Walk Dining Question?

Not to mention that on busy days DTD can be unbearably crowded and wait times at restaurants borderline absurd. GardenWalk (though I've noticed a bit of an uptick in customers) is generally much easier to navigate and a much more pleasant experience on those busier DTD days!

As for your actual question, Darkbeer pretty much covered it all

I'm a fan of Anaheim GardenWalk. They have some really classy establishments. The movie theatre (go see a 21+ showing!) and bowling alley are absolutely fantastic. Restaurants are great. The retail shops have some room to grow, but they are not why I go there.... at least not yet.
