Re: Fire + Ice Restaurant at AGW - Great Choice, especially for Lunch

the ingredient selection is great. unfortunately, I think they lose it on the preparation. They have to fit so many people on the grill, there isn't much room to work the food. They dumped my ingredients out in a strip, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, tossed with the sauce and then scooped onto the plate. everything was crusted on one side and warmed through and barely touched on the other. I will agree though that the burgers are pretty amazing. I wouldn't do dinner again, but lunch is definitely an option.

btw, the chocolate fondue is not fondue, it's just hershey's syrup in a dish with a bunch of dippers. enough to feed 4 though.

Had lunch there yesteday. Finally got the Turkey Burger...It was great. Sometime you worry about turkey burgers getting really dry...not a problem at all.

the other great thing about this place is the staff. I have never ran into on that was in a bad mood or "unfreindly". Can't wait to hit up brunch Sunday afte the Half Marathon.
Glory, Glory Man United! And the Reds go marching on! On!! ON!!!

I survived my first Marathon. Got my Mickey at WDW after 6:22:08 of "fun" on the course. Not happy with the time, so I will go back and be getting Goofy next year!
