had bww west covina last night.. strategically planned to go AFTER the laker game to defeat crowds. and it worked many empty tables around us! that means service must be great right? apparently not

after receiving our food, our waitress didn't come to check on us AT ALL until we were almost done with our meals. actually all of us were done with our meals except for two people (out of 12) who only had less than 5 wings left. ALL of our water cups were empty (for a long while) before she finally got to us for the first time since our food arrived. normally, i'd just not tip for such horrible service, but since we were a party of 12, the gratuity was already included. i thought of speaking to the manager (i know i should have... especially since west covina is my regular bww spot), but decided i not waste anymore of my time.

Went tonight (last night) for the Lakers game, very crowded but it didn't take too long to get our food and my godly huckleberry lemonade.

Had Bdubs for lunch (burbank location) and it was great. My favorite is usually the Mango Habanero sauce but I think I found a new favorite: the chipotle dry rub seasoning. Loving how that tastes!! I also love that it's not all saucy.

Also interestingly good was the mango lemonade! Yes... MANGO lemonade. Try it next time you're there!

I'm also in love with my waitress.

We went to the Buena Park one two weeks ago and our server was terrible. Worst service I have ever had. This chick was probly around early 40's. She messed everything up. We even found a long hair in one of our items. The manager came over and tried to fix things, but the server kept messing up!

The mango habenero is my favorite and the salt n vineger dry rub is excellant.

i need to try the Chipotle dry rub.. i've been hearing a lot of good here but whenever i visit BWW, i always get my go-to dry rub, Desert Heat!

The potato wedges are by far my favorite thing there. And the boneless wings in honey barbecue sauce(: (I'm not a big fan of spicy foods haha)

I prefer the cheesey buffalo chips.
