My wife and I were eating at Real Food Daily in Santa Monica and asked the waitress for restaurant tips for the Valley. She and the woman at the next table began to rave about the Madeiline Bistro, where one of RFD's chefs, David Anderson, and his wife Molly (a former RFD mgr.) are creating amazing veggie dishes.
I love eating meat, but this restaurant's veggie version of a Big Mac was better than any hamburger I've ever tasted, and it was much healthier! The mushroom soup was delicious, as was the amazing cheesecake dessert.
David Anderson is the future of food!
