Oh, I'm in that crowd, lovely Miss Wanda. I took the Der out because another member was mocked for using the Der in the title. You know I can't tolerate mocking, HA!

Funny story about this. My daughter was 2 and I asked her where she wanted to eat. She kept saying Easter Snails. It took me 2 days to figure out she was saying Weinerschnitzel.

Re: General IN-N-OUT

Tommy's is hit or miss for me. I love the food (sometimes with Tums), especially post concert or a night partying and I am starved. Chili cheeseburger, chili cheese fries, large orange soda, extra pickles and onions (like insane amount). But sometimes after eating there I get really sick.

When I went, I thought the food was very "meh". I'd rather wait 45 minutes to get King Taco in a heart beat than do it again for Pinks.

Have you ever seen a 5-gallon Cambro clear plastic bucket of Tommy's Chili - COLD? I've done charity events where they donated a bucket of chili for the concession stands...

It has over 1 gallon (there are graduated measuring lines on the side of the bucket) of solidified orange fat floating on the top. Stuff tastes good when hot, but it still makes their Chili Burgers a certifiable "Heart Attack on a Bun."

Probably why I order mine Easy on the Chili. All things in moderation.

Re: General IN-N-OUT

I love eating at In - N - Out!! Unfortunately, you can only find In - N - Out in California and some parts in Nevada and Arizona.

My Economics teacher told me about the secret menu back in high school, so I had to try it out.

I loved the animal fries!! It's hmmmmmm.......... gooooooooooooD!!!!

Re: General IN-N-OUT

I have never been to Pinks. I have only 3 1/2 more weeks until I can go to In and Out Burger!!!! I've already had 2 offers to drive me to one. But if worse comes to worse, I know there is a bus!

Re: General IN-N-OUT

Tried Tommy's once when we move down south. What an abomination! But then again, I don't like chili.

Also tried Pink's when we first moved. Did NOT see what the big deal was. I'll take a Caspar's (for those of you in the Bay Area) any day.

Back to In 'n Out: Has anyone had an Arnold Palmer there? (on the secret menu)

Arnold Palmer is available anywhere. It's just ice tea & lemonade.

Oh. Never heard of it. Doubt those who work at McDonalds would know either. I didn't when I worked there as a kid.

They are great at restaurants. Works well too because sometimes lemonade is too sweet. If it's serve yourself drink bar, it's a great option!
