The Disneylander Has a good reputation
General IN-N-OUT

So yeah, woop-de-doo for IN-N-OUT, makers of the best burgers anywhere, and yes, I am including Fatburger. The quality really shows.

If you are traveling to Socal, make sure you try a double-double. Animal style, of course. What is animal style? Well, here's a rundown of the 'secret menu'.

Animal style: adds pickles, thousand island, and grilled/chopped onions.

Protein style: replaces the bun with a lettuce wrap.

A X B: A pieces of beef by B pieces of cheese. The possibilities are infinite!

Flying Dutchman: Two pieces of beef with melted cheese on top.

Grilled Cheese: two slices of cheese between a sesame oil bun.

Neapolitan Shake: a combination of chocolate/strawberry shakes.

Animal Style fries: cheese, grilled onions, and thousand island on top of your serving of fries. Fork is required.

...and yes, I memorized the secret menu.

So in conclusion: Stop by an IN-N-OUT and treat yourself to a little slice of heaven!

Re: General IN-N-OUT

and I thought the "secret menu" was common knowledge.

by the way the grilled cheese also has lettuce and tomato thousand island dressing. Grilled cheese with grilled onions is the best!!

Bleh, In and Out isn't that good.
And their buns always taste stale.
But the fries are good!

This is the only one in the secret menu I enjoy. I had one last weekend and I was surprised, it was really thick! Normally In-N-Out shakes have been very liquidy which I hate. I love shakes that are extra thick where you feel you're going to suck your brain out the straw. I tried a grilled cheese last year during lent and it was ok. But the well done fries were gross.
I had my In-N-Out fill on Saturday. Double double, ketchup & lettuce only with fries and 7-UP. YUM.

I love In and Out Burger! I prefer the burgers to the fries, but it's all good (and I can't wait to get back to CA next month!)

Re: General IN-N-OUT

Protein style burgers were all the rage a couple of years ago. The 3x3 and 4x4 are gross. It's like meatloaf on a bun, and its too big to get your mouth around unless you sing for Aerosmith.

And what, fray-tell, is wrong with meatloaf? Hmm???

I love to get a cheeseburger, animal style with extra grilled onions, and fries well-done. And when I go calorically wild, I'll get a Vanilla shake. They're always super-duper-thick and oh-so-yummy for me!! Mmmmm..... *drools*
