If you are going to Disneyland and DCA for only one day possibly in your entire life. Is RideMax worth getting and using to maximize your experience?

Not for us.
If you don't know the park well or how to use fastpass for max results then yes. I used it before out of curiosity and it worked surprisingly well.
what is ridemax?
If it'sreally busy, yes, if you don't know the park or much about it, yes.
No words, My tears won't make any room for more,
And it don't hurt, like anything I've ever felt before, this is
No broken heart,
No familiar scars,
This territory goes uncharted...
Yes, if you feel like criss-crossing the park about 20x more than you normally would. They set up a schedule, and usually, the attractions tend to be on opposite sides of the park. If you have small children, then I wouldn't recommend it, but if you are up to A LOT of walking, and you want to wait in no lines, then yes, it is worth it.
haha maybe I'll pass it then.
I know a lot of the park at least from these forums and got a good plan of attack for Thursday June 18th this year:
Disneyland park

8. Ride BTMRR --- or get fastpass Indy
----Get fastpass for Indy by now.

9. Sleeping Beauty's Castle Tour
10. Ride Space
(Ride / do anything else we want to until Indy's fastpass time)

at DCA -
1. Get Fastpass Soarin
2. Ride TOT

When I get home, I will punch this up in my Ride Max and see how it goes. I will let you know if that is a good plan according to Ride max. I have used it, and I have not. I perfer to use it.Do you plan on going back to Disneyland AFTER DCA?
I think it mostly depends on you & what you want to make of your 1 day in your life. If literally seeing & doing everything is a priority to the extent that your life is ruined if you missed something on your one day @ Disneyland, then it might be worth it. Otherwise, just enjoy doing what you want to do.
ok i still dont understand what is ridemax?!?
^yeah me too. can someone explain what it is?
^It's a software that helps you wait in line less, based on "historical wait time statistics."
I've never used it, but it looks interesting. It's at ridemax.com
Ohh, sorry, RideMax will only let me go to April. I forgot it only allows you to go out two months.![]()
thx for the info however i personally dont see y u need that. half the fun is waitin in line just talkin and jokin with ur friends and family. i make a day of just standing in line.
I would say no. I tend to not want a regimented schedule of events when I'm at Disneyland. With some common sense you can get on pretty much everything even on a busy summer's day.
Get on rides with short lines as you pass them... ride Fantasyland rides early morning, late evening/night, mealtimes. FastPass is your friend.
Our revels now are ended. These our actors, As I foretold you, were all spirits and Are melted into air, into thin air: And, like the baseless fabric of this vision, The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces, The solemn temples, the great globe itself, Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve And, like this insubstantial pageant faded, Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff As dreams are made on, and our little life Is rounded with a sleep. mycroft16 on Twitter
