There is no height/age limit for these rides:

Pretty much everything in Fantasyland except the Matterhorn.
In Tomorrowland, Buzz Lightyear and the Autopia.

    In Adventureland, the Jungle Cruise.

In New Orleans Square, Haunted Mansion and Pirates. (I know Pirates seems like there would be a height limit because of the drops, but there isn't. We took both of our boys on there as newborns. You just have to hold them.)

In Critter Country, Winnie the Pooh.

In Frontierland, the Mark Twain and Columbia.

    Also, the Disneyland Railroad.

    I hope this helps.

I would definately recommend Its a Small World. My daughter is 20 months and she absolutely loves this ride. The colors and the music, even the outside facade.

Tiki Room if they don't get scared with loud music or noises, they love the colors and birds above them.

She also really likes Winnie the Pooh and the characters!!!! She was a little timid at first but by the end of the trip she was running up to Mickey and Minnie, it was so cute!

Think about character breakfasts and don't miss the Baby Care Center if your kids are potty training as they have baby toilets and anything you might need for babies.

If you have any other questions just let me know.
