Transporation from the Disney area to Universal?

I am thinking about doing the Universal VIP tour again (not positive, but I would really like to - during the week this time). Is there any type of transportation from the resort area to Universal? I checked on the Super Shuttle site, I didn't see anything from resort to park, just airport to resort area.

    Thanks!
    Denise

Metrolink from Anaheim to Union Station, then Metro Red Line from Union Station to Universal.
Metrolink tickets are $7.25 each way. Red Line tickets are $1.25 each way, I think.
Train Times from Anaheim, weekdays only:
5:51 AM, arrive Union Station 6:40
6:28 AM, arrive Union Station 7:20
6:58 AM, arrive Union Station 7:50
7:27 AM, arrive Union Station 8:15
7:49 AM, arrive Union Station 8:40
8:26 AM, arrive Union Station 9:20

    Train times from Union Station:
    3:50 PM arrive Anaheim 4:35
    4:30 PM arrive Anaheim 5:15
    4:50 PM arrive Anaheim 5:32
    5:40 PM arrive Anaheim 6:25
    6:30 PM arrive Anaheim 7:12

Red Line trains run every 15-20 minutes or so, trip takes 25 minutes.
    Here's a schedule you can download/print.

can someone explain this tour? can you ride rides or is it a tour where you follow them all day? I saw this tour on the web site Darkbeer posted but it did not say, or I can not find the info.( or I am slow this morning !
I have always wanted to see this park !

I have also always wanted to see the theater and footprints!
How long does one stay in the park to play ? do you eat dinner in the park or does the tour bus take you some where to eat? is the price of a meal included ?

is the park tickets included in the price of the tour ?

Gray Line has the tours from the DL resort. You can do just Universal or The Universal Combo Deluxe which takes you to the Walk of Fame and the foot and handprints at the Chinese Theatre. Park tickets are included and you do have time to explore Universal and go on the rides. Here is the link http://graylineanaheim.com/sightseei...cation_id/1021
