My television has been on a lot lately. I can finally turn it off, and get some work done around my place.
I feel this is the worst winter Olympics I have ever watched. I'm sure Canada did the best they could with the crappy weather and lack of snow. The nbc coverage has been pathetic. When I watch I watch the cable station now. It's just been disappointing overall.

As far as tourism. I never had the desire to go to Canada before and I certainly have less interest now....

Congradulations to Canada on the Gold Medal, that was an amazing game and one that will be talked about for quite a long time. We at least got Silver.

Of all the Ducks players that were part of the Olympic Games, Jonas Hiller is the only one not coming home with a medal. I Kinda feel for him because he's such a great goalie.

Can't blame Canada for the US's crappy coverage through NBC.

The couple of times I flipped to NBC I was appalled.

Then I went back to watching what I wanted, LIVE, on the Canadian broadcasts.

Canada sets Winter Games medal record

We've got 13 golds, the most golds at these games. Only two other countries have got 13 gold medals and they were Norway in 2002 and the Soviet Union in 1976.

Now if we could just get that men's hockey gold tomorrow, it would be the icing on the cake for these Olympic Winter Games.
That was a tough loss for our side! But the U.S. had a great run, in hockey and just overall. A record haul of medals. I hated the coverage, but I loved the skiing and the hockey.

disappointed with the results of the hockey game, I was really rooting for the US (seeing the looks on the faces of Team US as they're were getting their medals made me kinda sad, they looked so disappointed /= ). Was an intense game for sure though and well played on both sides.

yes, I think both teams are about equal. That gold could have gone either way. It was a great game to watch...very exciting.

I hate that tournament events can mean that winning a silver medal is accompanied by a loss. Silver is a phenomenal result, and it sucks that the "losing" team feels bad. Hopefully one the dust settles they'll come to love those silver medals. Going into the tournament, the USA was not favored to win any medal, let alone silver.

The closing ceremonies have been a bit hit and miss so far in my opinion.

Just came across this on the Anaheim Ducks Twitter Feed (@AnaheimDucks) - Finals News and Notes on the Ducks Olympians.

For those of you who watched the hockey game probably saw this but during the 3rd the camera cut over to Ryan Getzlaf just as he was picking his nose. I guess you can say he surely picked a winner, a gold winner
