96% available (plugged in, not charging)---- what?!

Not a total tech head, so this is throwing me. I have a year old Gateway NV and this morning I noticed this. The little charge light is lit, showing it's charging, but... and it's been this way since this morning. Any ideas? Oh and I have Vista... Thanks!

Here's a link that might be helpful even if you don't have a gateway.

Thanks! I had google searched and found the same thing and did another trick I found... went through the list. Then I moved my computer back up to my room (it was in the family room) suddenly 100% charged. I started looking for new laptops though... Hopefully it won't die but just in case...
