Does anyone know how to save an animated picure as a .GIF file? If you know, please tell me...

Yup! Go to the "optimized" tab in the window that your image is in. On the right of the screen, there should be an optimization box. Select one of the GIF options that you want to use. Then go up to file, then "save optimized as" and it should let you save it as a gif.

First, make sure it's an animated gif. Check the pannel on the bottom of the screen and set various layers as images to have.

Ok, next go to the file menu, then click 'save optimized as'. Choose image only.
