Name change?

Who would be the best mod to contact about changing my user ID? I tried sending a PM to one picked at random... but haven't heard anything yet. Is there someone who is in charge of these things??

I am new and I also need a name change...well...not exactly a name change but I need to make my name appear in lower case letters. I didn't realize I had caps lock on! Dumb, Dumb, Dumb....

If you want to change your name, you need to contact an admin
cause the mods don't have that particular ability.
