Microsoft Word question

I'm horrible at remembering all of the little tricks in Microsoft Word. I finally memorized how to get it to do double spacing but I forgot something totally important for my paper due in 6 hours. How do you get it to have your last name and the page number in the top right hand corner? I've been trying to find where to do that and so far cannot.. help!

go to:

View
Header and Footer

The header footer tool bar should pop up and there is an option for "insert page number"

You can go to View--> Header and Footer

Then in auto text they have some choices there.

If you need to set a different first page (such as a title page), so to File > Page Setup (Or in Office 2007 - Click the "Main" tab on the ribbon), and then head to the "Layout" tab, and select "Different First Page" under "Headers and Footers".
