My in-laws have a taxi company and they've always done their trip reports by hand. My father-in-law wants to hire me as a secretary to enter all the 11 years of paperwork into the computer and onto a disk in case anything happens.
I am not quite sure how to do this, should I use Microsoft Excel? Is there a way to make a template and just enter that way. Because they are daily trip reports. For 2 taxis, for 11 years. So I'd like to have a template that I can just enter stuff onto and save it.
I really appreciate any tips or advice on the best way to do this.
