anyone know how to remove locked photos and record video longer than 14 seconds?

You mean the stuff preloaded on the phone? No way of deleting those that I know of.

If it's like my Motorola E815...you're limited to 15 seconds if the video is saved to the phone. But if the phone has the option of the tiny Flash card and you have one inserted and change the preferences to store to that...you can record up to 3 minutes.
