Well, I don't want to make anyone mad, but lets just say it is pretty easy to find, if you look in the right place- it took me about 10 minutes and I am by no means a technical person. Lets just say you are not the first person to try and figure out what font it might be.

    Hmm, quite a guessing game.

So, G33, when's that font going to appear? Don't worry, aside from pictures or direct plagarism, I don't think Disney fansites take their copyrights that awfully seriously. Especially since the bulk of their content requires liberal imagery and text about another company's copyright to begin with.

I don't this miceage has copyrighted it since it is available for download on several websites, you just have to purchase the font. I was just curious if I could find it, but I don't want to reveal the name if it will step on anyones toes.

Here is a hint- I believe it is the same font used on the show alias.

    Lightbulb

Hi all. I'm out of town for the weekend and have only limited access to the internet, but I thought I'd check in.

The font (which I still haven't found!) is not that used on Alias, but is very close. As for my font, which could be said as inspired by the MiceChat/Age logos, I will post here on Sunday night, when I get back. Since all of the letters were created by me accept M I C E A G E C H & T, I don't think it will be much of a problem. I am also dying to find the actual font!

    DramaQueen, anymore clues?

I have found it under a couple of different names- I think this is close anyways, though EM could tell me if I am wrong.

    Is this it?

It is as close as I could find for free anyways.

EDIT: Now that I look at it more closely, this isn;t quite it , but it is a cheap knockoff of the font FF Confidential. I believe FF Confidential, however is the correct font.

I tried WhatTheFont? and Identifont and didn't get much in the way of results. Although I may have screwed up by accident in the case of Identifont, so someone may want to try that instead. Using both the -Age and -Chat logos plus Minion's image, you should be able to answer enough questions to get some results (although you'll have to answer Don't Know a lot as well)

I looked on Identifont and they have a "guru forum" where you can post a font and ask someone if they know what it is and thats where I found it, some one else had posted this:

Which led me to believe that FF Confidential was the right font.

Ok- so my graphic designer husband has informed me that I am so far off that it isn't even funny. He has now taken on the challenge of trying to figure it out. Guess from now on, I will leave that kind of thing up to him

Because he no doubt is.

It's a bit of a race now, to see who can find the font first. So far all we know is that rather ambigous clue Evil Minion Gave us.

WHO WILL FIND THE FONT FIRST? TUNE IN TOMORROW, SAME MICE-TIME, SAME MICE-CHANNEL!

If I was at my computer I'd design a logo but, alas, I am not. So I guess you guys are spared a logo on this one.

You know, despite the fact that mine could pass for the font, if you look at the image EM posted it differs in some ways. Oh well.

And if it is a commericially available font, methinks why did Dusty tell me it 'twas an original creation?

    Or is it?
