| Re: How fast can u run the mile? I have to run a timed mile every Wednesday(tomorrow, ack!)for the rest of the school year, and right now my fastest time is 8:47, but check back in June and I'm hoping it's lower. For some reason the fastest mile time at my school is like 4:56 or something! O.O

| Re: How fast can u run the mile? back when i ran track and cross country, my fastest mile time was around 6:20 ish but then i quit x-country, and became a more field competitor, so my mile might be around 7 minutes or so |
