| Re: How fast can u run the mile? somewhere around 7:00-7:10.. i havent run it in a while but i run bleachers every monday, 8 40's sprints on tuesday and friday. And i play lacrosse so ive gotten pretty fast.

| Re: How fast can u run the mile? In high school for soccer training I ran at 5 minute mile. Then I ran 3 miles in 18 minutes. Yeah, that's when I was in shape.

| Re: How fast can u run the mile? My brother recently competed in a 50-mile run up near Oakland, CA and he ran it in 7 hours and 52 minutes, good enough for 5th place. I don't know how he can do that.

| Re: How fast can u run the mile? i basically live the water. I probably have salt water running through my veins. My dad grew up in Laguna and is (or was, hes getting older) an amazing surfer, and my mom was born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii. So pretty much all the sports that im good at i do in the water. I play varsity waterpolo, i swim, junior lifeguards, surf, boogieboard, skimboard, and a bunch of other stuff. So basically i havent done a times run since 5th grade. I believe it was like 7:50 or something like that though. |

| Re: How fast can u run the mile? I just happened to run the Mile in P.E today. I finished in 6:50. I also had to do a mile and a half. I finished it in 8:15ish. |
