| Re: How fast can u run the mile? I'm not capable of doing 6 or 7 minutes because of my disability. My best was 8:50ish. But i usually get in the high 9:00's or low 10:00's |

| Re: How fast can u run the mile? About 13:00. But that's only because about 30 seconds into the run, I get a horrible side cramp that won't go away until I sit down forever, so I have to walk the rest of the way. Without that cramp I'd be MUCH faster tho.

| Re: How fast can u run the mile? UGH. I'm eather getting slower or everyones getting faster in the mile. I used to be the top 10ish kids to finish the mile. Out of 35ish guys. Now i'm like the 20th ish to finish. It's really annoying. =/ It might be just because my lungs are congested. [ Im sick. ] But.. yeah. kind of annoying
