Review: Mary Poppins (@ Dallas)

Last night, I attended a performance of Mary Poppins at the Fair Park Music Hall here in Dallas. The show is running in conjunction with the Texas State Fair. It was really good, but not quite as good as it was on Broadway (where I saw it about a year and a half ago). For example, several of the special effects were not done nearly as well. However, the performances were as good, and in some cases better, than in New York. The finaly brought the whole audience to its feet. Anyone who lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area should come and see this show while its still here!
