New information on 3rd phase

The popular Tokyo Disney Resort website ResortAtHome.com has posted news on the 3rd phase of the Anniversary that includes information on both Halloween and a' la carte events. http://www.resortathome.com/tdr25th/3rdstage.html

Interesting to note that the Halloween theme this year will be about the Villains, while TDS is adding a new show and decorating the Cape Cod area with Halloween decorations.

Has Tokyo always had 2 Halloween parades!?

Not exactly.

In that the nighttime performance doesn't use the same parade music or parade route as the day time parade.
It's like a completely different show although it uses the floats.
I'm not exactly sure how long the resort has done this but I like how they do that...
I'm pretty sure there are more experienced tdr-ers on the forum who can provide a more specific explanation/answer than I have though.

And here some thought there would be no new parade this year beacuse of the 25th. This is cool!

Who thought they wouldn't have the annual halloween parade just because of the 25th?:P What do they think this is, Disneyland Paris?

Just from some people I have talked to and a couple sites said the parade would be the same this year as last. I myself kind of assumed there would be a new parade this year because of the big 25th Ann. TDL always does it up nice for the Holidays :-)
