Tough to say because OLC does have a more intensive rehab schedule for their attractions than the other parks, so there is always a chance something won't be opened during your visit. You will have to check the "closures" schedule in their official site ahead of time and plan accordingly.

But if I was to choose a time to visit? Late sept for halloween event. Early december for Xmas events. Maybe mid-may.. after the golden week holidays.

Makes sense, since everyone will be running to the Monsters Inc ride.

April 29 is the first holiday of Golden Week. I don't think you want to go then.

We're going the week before. Hunny Hunt will be closed the first two days of the week, but is supposed to be open the last 3 days, so we plan to see it then. The only thing that is closed that entire week is the show at Mermaid Lagoon in TDS. We're bummed, but I guess it's just a reason to go back.

Also, we'll get to see Mickey Mouse Revue before they close it permanently at the end of May.

I'll be there the 21st through 25th. Looking forward to seeing Monster's Inc. and hoping that will draw some crowds away from other attractions in the park. Also a last chance to see the Mickey Mouse Revue. The only major attraction which looks to be closed after Pooh reopens is the Little Mermaid show at TDS and a few parts of Toontown.
