Anyone attending Hollywood auditions for Tokyo Disney face character/dancer?

For anyone planning to go to the auditions for Tokyo Disney or any future auditions, I remember reading the Upcoming Face Character Auditions in L.A. thread. It's an older thread so I know many of you have already posted in it, but I think it's really useful for those who haven't read it, yet.

Agreed. Disneyland has many talented people. It's not always as easy as Tokyo just wanting the person and getting them from Disneyland. When OLC decides they want a performer they have to speak to the managers at Disneyland and get there approval. If Disneyland doesn't wanna give them up then the offer is never given to the performer.

Actually, I would since I did have some jazz and ballet classes back in my younger days and still hit the dancing floor at my age, reason why I love love love watching the shows and parades at the parks, but my problem now.. AGE. Although seeing the older dancers performing at the parade at WDW would give me hope, but I do not need to change jobs at this point in time.
One more thing.. I was talking about WDW's parades, not! Disneyland. The performers at WDW seem "adecuate" at best.

Tokyo Disneyland isn't really a summer job. The contracts run anywhere between 6 - 9 months long.

You don't need a valid passport at the time of auditions. If you're picked you can get it then.

Almandot: My passport is full of stamps, I had to renew it. I'm from Canada so in order to attend Hollywood California auditions I have to cross the U.S border so I'd need a valid passport. Thanks though

They audition for the summer contract is usually around Sept/Oct.
